Management Team

In 2016 Sam Feng, Raymond Mak, Julie and Allan Watts commenced the brand of “Play & Learn.” Sam Feng has a Bachelor of Business while Raymond Mak is an Certified Practising Accountant.  Julie holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood while Allan takes care of all maintenance and building projects.  This gives our management team a balance of all aspects of the business.

Our aim for each centre is that they reflect the needs of the community, parents and educators within the centre and each centre is considered individual and therefore managed accordingly.  The benefits of having an active licensee partnered with Management with Early Childhood experience ensures the centres run at optimum performance with the highest possible care.

In 2019 Cassie Blair was employed to support the South Side services, Cassie holds her Advanced Diploma a criminal history check, a current working with children check and has 20yrs industry.
